- Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns, but we do accept exchanges if you change your mind.
The product must be returned in saleable conditions: unopened with all packaging/hygiene seals intact, so we can organise the exchange for you.
These requests must be done within 15 days of your order being placed.
All shipping costs associated with the exchange must be covered by the client.
To organise an exchange, please contact our customer service team by emailing sales@dunnabeauty.com. We will request more information so we can organise this for you.
We do not accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
- Defective or incorrect product
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving a defective or incorrect product. Rest assured; we will work on sending you a replacement as soon as possible.
Please review your order as soon as you receive it, and if there is any of the above issues, you must contact our customer service team by emailing sales@dunnabeauty.com within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.
We will request photos of the product, the reason why you believe the product is defective and any other information necessary to organise the exchange.
Dunna Beauty cannot be held responsible for any reactions or irritation. We encourage you to read the full ingredient list before you purchase the product to ensure it is right for you. You can contact our customer service team before you purchase by emailing: sales@dunnabeauty.com, if you require more information about a product.
Please be aware that due to Australian hygiene regulations we cannot offer a replacement or exchange on items returned in non-saleable condition – that is opened, not in original packaging, used or with the seal broken.
