Time

The normal order processing time is 48 hours during business days (Monday through Friday). Once your order has been shipped, delivery time within Australia is 1-7 business days, and 1-3 business days for express post. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited-edition launches and restocks, the shipping and delivery time may vary.

Standard Post

• Australia Metro – 3-5 Business Days
• National – 3-7 Business Days
• Remote areas – 5-10 Business Days

Express Post
Must be located within the Express Post network. 1-3 Business Days.

Dunna is not responsible for any delays, damaged or lost parcels, once these are in controlled by the courier service. If there is an issue or concern about your delivery, please contact us, and we will do our best to follow up with the courier company.

Orde tracking

Once your order has been beautifully packed and received by the courier company, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to do so.

If you are not home at the time of delivery, you will be advised that collection is necessary, and your parcel will be taken to the nearest collection office.

Orde changes

We work hard to pack your order as soon as possible, therefore, we are unable to make any amendments, change of products and/or add more products.
